A compact sensor attaches beneath the toilet seat and automatically records each bathroom session without manual logging. It tracks stool consistency, frequency, hydration, and regularity, then combines those signals with journal entries about meals, sleep, stress, supplements, symptoms, and daily routines. The companion Gut Health Coach compares each logged factor with the following 48 hours of gut-health data so you can see what appears to help, what appears to hurt, and what is worth testing next. Daily and weekly insights become more personalized as qualifying data accumulates. This is a general-wellness concept placeholder, not a diagnostic device.
How the coach works+
Each day, the user records notable foods, habits, supplements, symptoms, or lifestyle details in their own words. A qualifying day includes both the logged factor and a bathroom session. After at least five qualifying days, the Coach can begin ranking that factor from Hurts to Helps based on its relationship with the user’s gut-health score. Logging never changes the score itself. New daily and weekly patterns surface as more data arrives, along with specific experiments worth testing.
